We don’t ever want you to feel that you’re not getting the full benefits from using Naytev. If you getting close to the end of your billing cycle and you haven’t been able to get all your testing done, simply set up drafts of different tests that you’d like to run. If you choose to run the drafts they will not affect your next test count cycle. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to "refund" test credits once they've been reset. Please be mindful of your test cycle!
