If your link previews aren't showing up and your OG Tags are properly configured, please make sure that Naytev's servers are not blocked from loading your website's content.  Naytev's servers identify themselves by setting the User-Agent header on their requests to naytev-url-scraper.

Please make sure your website does not block visitors with User-Agent of naytev-url-scraper. 

Additionally, If your website is configured to pre-render your pages for web crawlers such as Google's, your OG tags may not be imported correctly unless pre-rendering is enabled for naytev-url-scraper as well.
